Headlight washer covers (pair) - BMW 3 series E46 saloon /touring

Suitable for BMW 3 series (e46) Facelift Saloon/ Touring (2001-2006).

 

This is our own design. Original part was 3D scanned first to ensure dimensional accuracy.

 

Created in Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate (ASA) with excellent mechanical properties, high heat resistance (up to 100ºC), and perfectly suited for outdoor use thanks to its UV resistance.

 

Post proccessing: covers are hand sanded in several steps before applying primer. It's recommended to paint only to the main front surface (like in the OEM part) as an increase in thickness at the mounting brackets could affect the ease of installation.
